This role is for an enthusiastic volunteer who wants to support callers who are making contact on behalf of a bereaved child or young person. You will be assisting with incoming calls, and as we develop our technology over the next year, with text and emails too.
Some knowledge and /or experience of bereavement is required, plus an ability to actively listen, and provide support is essential. We are not an emergency service, so there is time enough to consider the callers needs and provide information that they can then follow up.
