Schools Fundraising

Simon Says does a lot of work in schools and with teaching professionals offering support, advice and training.  Many schools in Hampshire have had fun raising funds for Simon Says – Why don’t you get your school involved?

Sadly, it is not uncommon for bereavement to impact the school community. The death of a member of staff, a pupil or a pupil’s relative can be very significant.  By nominating Simon Says to benefit from fundraising activities in school, it not only helps us, but it also raises the awareness that support is available.  Staff and students will be more aware of bereavement, and if the the need arises, will know where to find help.

A few ideas to consider:

  • Entrance fee for a concert or play

  • ‘Wear a Hat on Sports Day’

  • Bake Sale

  • School Charity of the Year

  • Sponsored event eg: run, silence

  • ‘Crazy Hair Day’

  • Collecting pot on your reception desk

  • Dress Down Day

Please email our fundraising team or ring 01794 323934 if you would like to talk about your ideas, and if you would like some posters and leaflets to support your event.
