The Simon Says telephone Support Line offers information and guidance to all those caring for a child or young person who has someone important in their life who has died or is dying.
The Support Line is staffed (Mon-Fri) by volunteers trained in bereavement skills and they will take time to listen carefully to your concerns and questions on how best to support the bereaved child or young person.
The Support Line may only need to be called once, or the caller may find they need to ring it from time to time, as and when, they need further advice and support.
The Support Line is there for you whenever you feel like you need additional advice and support.
If your call is not answered in person, please leave a short message with your name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible.
