Chandra trained originally as an Occupational Therapist and worked in hospital and community settings. She moved into senior planning roles in the NHS and Local Government, before making the move into the Voluntary Sector as Director of Operations at Enham Trust. For the last 6 years she has worked as a CEO in a charity supporting older people; has been coaching individuals in the care sector; and continues to be a trustee of a charity for homeless people.

She is now responsible for the day to day running of Simon Says and planning for the future.
