As a charity for children we have a duty to protect the children and young people that we work with. Therefore all paid and unpaid roles are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All convictions both spent and unspent, must be disclosed. A criminal record does not deny people the chance to volunteer with Simon Says, except in the case of offences against children or withheld information on any offence.
Please provide details of two people who would be prepared to provide a reference (excluding family members) who know you well. If you have worked in the past 5 years, at least one reference should be from your last employer.
