As part of our 25th anniversary celebrations, Simon Says Child Bereavement Support is inviting schools, nurseries, colleges, businesses, community groups and families across Hampshire to join us by taking part in The Biggest Game of Simon Says.
⏰ On Friday 2nd October 2026, thousands of people across the county will join together to play the Simon Says game, creating a unique moment of fun, connection and community spirit.
By taking part, you’ll be helping us celebrate 25 years of supporting bereaved children and young people, while raising awareness of the importance of giving grief a voice.
Who can take part?
Everyone!
We’re encouraging participation from:
- Primary and secondary schools
- Nurseries and pre-schools
- Colleges and universities
- Businesses and workplaces
- Community groups and clubs
- Families and supporters
Whether you have 10 people or 1,000 people taking part, we’d love you to join us.
How the biggest game of Simon Says works
⏰ Get set up – Before the game begins, gather your participants around a large screen, if possible.
👋 Kick it off – Watch the pre-recorded video provided, to start the game together, or run your own version of the game with your group.
🎯 Join the movement – The aim is simple: get thousands of people across Hampshire playing Simon Says on the same day, raising awareness and vital funds.
Fundraising
We’re suggesting a donation of £1 per person to take part, helping Simon Says continue providing vital support to bereaved children, young people and their families across Hampshire.
Share your game
We’d love to see your photos and videos from the event. By sharing your moments with us, you’ll help us showcase the incredible support for Simon Says across Hampshire and celebrate the thousands of people taking part together.
