Volunteers at Beaulieu Supercar Show

From the Andover Carnival and Beaulieu Supercar Show to personal endurance challenges and our successful annual Golf Day, our amazing supporters have been out in force!

Andover Carnival, despite the rain, turned out to be such a great day. The event was full of energy, community spirit and family fun. We were absolutely delighted to receive an incredible £4,000 raised in support of Simon Says.

Our brilliant friends at The Sporting Bears once again chose us as their charity for the Beaulieu Supercar Show, and their generosity knows no bounds. Over the weekend, they raised a remarkable £10,001 to support children and young people facing the death of someone important to them.

Individual fundraisers really pushed themselves this year, too. A special mention goes to Shaun Masson, son of one of our most experienced volunteers, who took on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge, running an astonishing 100km. An extraordinary achievement.

Long-standing fundraising star Stef Hunt pulled it out of the bag once again at our annual Golf Day at Skylark in October, raising an impressive £5,145.38. Looking ahead, places are now available for our 25th Anniversary Golf Day on 5 June 2026 at Dibden Golf Club. To book, please email stef@simonsays.org.uk.

Our corporate supporters have also been out in force. Dodd Group raised £4,000 at the Tough Mudder in August, becoming our first Legacy Corporate Sponsors of Bereavement Support Kits for the next 14 trainee Champion Schools. And our long-term supporters Activeme 360 spent Halloween night trekking 25km through some of London’s spookiest streets, raising over £3,300 in the process.

Thank you to every single person, team and organisation who has gone the extra mile for Simon Says. Your support helps us continue giving grieving children and young people in Hampshire the understanding, guidance and hope they deserve.

If you’re feeling inspired and would like to fundraise for us, or if you’re a business looking for a Charity of the Year partnership for 2026, we’d love you to celebrate our 25th anniversary alongside us.
